1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by MediEscortChina ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Wuhan City Zhierchong Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. (License: L-HUB-101603), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients who access or use our website, consultation services, booking services, and medical tourism packages.

2. Service Description

MediEscortChina provides medical tourism facilitation services, including but not limited to:

• Medical trip planning and consultation
• Hospital and doctor recommendations
• Appointment booking assistance (including our $15 Online Appointment Booking Service)
• Medical escort and translation services
• Travel logistics coordination (transportation, accommodation)
• Post-treatment recovery tourism arrangements

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Consultation Booking

• Initial consultations are free of charge.
• Our Online Appointment Booking Service costs $15 per appointment. This fee is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed with the hospital.
• All prices displayed on our website are approximate and subject to change based on hospital pricing, seasonal factors, and individual patient needs.

3.2 Payment Methods

• We accept PayPal (sistian@qq.com) and Alipay (sisi@zhiyooo.com).
• Full payment for escort services and packages is required before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital unless we explicitly agree to handle payment on your behalf.

3.3 Pricing Transparency

• We strive to provide accurate pricing information. However, final costs may vary based on actual treatment requirements, hospital pricing updates, and exchange rate fluctuations.
• All prices are clearly marked as "Approximate" where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Appointment Booking Service ($15)

• Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund minus a $3 processing fee.
• Cancel 24-48 hours before: 50% refund ($7.50).
• Cancel less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund.
• If the hospital cancels the appointment, full refund including processing fee.

4.2 Escort & Translation Services

• Cancel more than 7 days before service: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
• Cancel 3-7 days before: 70% refund.
• Cancel 1-3 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before: No refund.

4.3 Full Medical Tourism Packages

• Cancellation terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.
• Generally, deposits are non-refundable once hospital appointments are confirmed.
• Travel and accommodation costs are subject to the cancellation policies of respective providers.

5. Medical Disclaimer

• We facilitate communication and logistics between you and medical providers.
• Any medical information provided by our staff is for general informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.
• Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions.
• We are not responsible for medical outcomes, complications, or treatment results.

6. Patient Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information
• Follow the advice and instructions of treating physicians and hospitals
• Obtain appropriate travel documentation (passport, visa) for entry into China
• Comply with Chinese laws and regulations during your stay
• Inform us of any changes to your medical condition or travel plans promptly
• Understand that medical tourism involves inherent risks, including travel-related risks and medical procedure risks

7. Liability Limitations

7.1 Scope of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the direct fees paid for our facilitation services.
• We are not liable for: medical outcomes, hospital errors, travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or third-party service failures.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MediEscortChina or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
